If you like cake batter (I am a big fan, I have been known to just eat it plain. Well, mixed with water. I know it is wrong, but it tastes so good.) Anyway, as I was saying, if you like cake batter you are going to love these. Plus, they are cheap, easy, and fast so what is not to like?
Ingredients
1 box white cake mix
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 C vegetable oil
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup rainbow nonpareils or sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix the cake mix, baking powder, and cornstarch in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl mix together the eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Then mix the dry and the wet ingredients together. Stir in the nonpareils/sprinkles. Then drop little spoonfuls on a cookie sheet and bake for about 10 minutes. When they are done, they will look puffy and still be pale. Let them cool on the cookie sheet for a few minutes.
My kids totally attacked these cookies. I also may have had a few before dinner.

just made these! They turned out really yummy. I did have to reduce baking temp to keep them from burning, but this apartments oven is a bit finicky. They would also be amazing with a flavored extract (lemon? orange??) for something different.
