I was wandering around pinterest and when I saw this cake I just had to share it with you. I really want to make one. The texture is just so wonderful. Why didn't I think this??? could you imagine this done on tall stacked tiers and just a really clean silver monogram on top at a wedding.

I made a mini tiered cake with pink roses and a ballerina on top for my daughter's birthday. Looks amazing, but it's super easy.
