Teacher Appreciation Week

I really wanted to make sure Emma's teacher knew how much I appreciated all that she had done for Emma this year.  I know she has put a lot of time and effort into my little girl.  I don't know if I could ever really express how grateful I am for all she has done.  So I decided I wanted to try to have Emma bring something everyday.  So day one I went with a classic.  Emma brought her a nice shiny apple.  Sorry I forgot to take a picture, but to make it special I cut a leaf shape out of green paper, wrote Thank You  on it and taped it around the stem of the apple.

Day 2 I made little boxes of cookies.  The picture is crappy, but the boxes were cute.  I used my silhouette to cut them out and I really loved the scallops on the lid.  For the cookies I used my favorite recipe from bake@350.     

When wednesday rolled around I had been so busy that I didn't get it ready in time and we didn't have anything for that day.  sad.

For Thursday we made a thank you card.  I had Emma write Thank You on the inside and then I wrote a little note to let Mrs. Friz know how much I appreciate all she has done this year.

I saved the best for last.  On Friday Emma brought her a snappy top bag filled with a few goodies.
