Seriously March 8, 2003 BEST DAY EVER!! There have been a lot of great days since then, but it all comes back to this day. And I guess it does have more to do with baby related crafts than I thought.
It was during my first pregnancy that I decided to make a baby quilt. After that I was totally addicted to quilting. (I know I do pregnant in a BIG way. I always have a ton of really nice people tell me things like, "wow you are really big." or "are you sure you aren't having twins?" )
Having this little girl in my life made we want to learn how to sew all things cute and ruffly. (I am just sad she is getting so big. I feel like she is out growing super puffy, ruffly skirts.)
And if it weren't for this wonderful day...
I wouldn't be the mother of this adorable people and wouldn't be anywhere near the crafty person I am today.
Yay for being married! I love you Honey. Happy Anniversary.
Happy Anniversary, Guys! SO grateful for that day 8 years ago that brought such joy (and 4 amazing grandchildren!) into our lives!

I still have pictures on my computer in a folder labeled "Laura's Wedding" =) I still remember as I was what, 18? and you told me you guys were getting married after 2 months and I was thinking you're crazy - but you guys are so happy and such a model for a great family and marriage. I'm so proud of you and Scott!! I'm happy to say I didn't have a clue what I was thinking back then!
