Halloween Costume Week - Day 7 - Penelope

This is my friend Penelope.... oops I mean Carolee.

How Awesome is this Penelope costume!!!

Sadly I can't take any credit for its awesomeness.  It was all Carolee

She is so creative and an amazing photographer.  Just check out  some of her work.

If you want to contact her about photography you can email her at
caroleebeckhamphotography (at) gmail (dot) com.
She is here in Utah, but travels all over the place for photography gigs.

So you want to know how she accomplished this awesomeness.  First she googled "Penelope Scarf" and found this amazing replica.

Then she searched a little more and found this beautiful coat on ebay.  She did have to replace the buttons to give it more of a Penelope feel.  Carolee is such a fashionista that she already had the super cute shoes and clothes.

She found the nose at a costume shop and just applied it according to the directions.  Who knew they even had such things.

Seriously, that is just so cool.

Well that makes day 7 of Halloween Costume week here at corner house.  Please remember to stop by starting Friday for my Halloween Costume Linky Party.

Oh and just for fun I have to share this picture.

I love the way Waldo is just chillin' in the back.  All these picture were from a Halloween party at a skate land so that is why everyone is wearing skates.

  1. WHAT? That snout nose looks too real. If I saw that at a Halloween party after a few glasses of wine, I might freak. Cute costume!

  2. That is the coolest pig snout! I would be glad to post my little Lightning McQueen!! Thanks for stopping by!!

  3. Your friend's costume is amazing! Do you by any chance know exactly where she found her scarf and pig nose? I've tried google, amazon, and ebay, but haven't had any luck. Thank you in advance! I appreciate your help.

  4. Seriously, I must know where she got this scarf. It is perfect!

  5. Hi do you know where she got the scarf this is my favorite movie and I have been searching for months for a decent replica and haven't been able to find one. Thanks
