That could be a dress

While I was up in Alaska we did some back to school shopping.  At Old Navy I came across this top on the half off the clearance price rack.

It is a girls extra large top, but when I saw it I thought to myself "That could be a cute dress."  So I made two spots across the back of the bodice to put elastic in to make it smaller and the adjusted the straps and there you have it.
