It a Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate, Chocolate Cupcake

They have chocolate cake mix, chocolate pudding, chocolate chips, chocolate frosting, and chocolate sprinkles. I bet you didn't know it was even possible to get so much chocolate into something so small. But maybe that is the best thing about them. I have a hard time feeling guilty about eating a mini cupcake. They are kinda like M&Ms (they are too small for things like fat or calories to really count...right??) Plus like most things (with the exception of diamonds) cupcakes get cuter the smaller you make them.

YUMMY!

Ingredients:
1 box devil's food cake mix
1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
2/3 cup warm water
1 1/2 cups semisweet mini chocolate chips
1 pakages of chocolate frosting
chocolate sprinkes

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, oil, beaten eggs and water. Stir in the chocolate chips. Scoop into mini cupcake cup so they are just over half full. (I like to use my cookie scoop for this) and cook 9 to 12 mins. (I usually cook for 10 mins). This recipe makes about 72 mini cupcakes. If you don't have a mini cupcake pan...GET ONE. Or just use a normal size cupcake pan and cook them for more like 18-22 mins and you will get about 30 normal sized cupcakes.

Once they are cool frost with chocolate frosting (I usually like it make my own, but I have broken yet another mixer so this time I just used store bought). Then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. and ENJOY!
